This machine should be used in three ways for about 30 minutes: Standing on the machine for about 10 minutes, Sitting on the machine for about 10 minutes & Placing hands on the machine for about 10 minutes. It is recommended to use this machine 3 or 4 times a week. Drink two glasses of lukewarm water before and after using the machine. Children under 6 years of age, pregnant women, persons using pacemaker or metallic implants in the bones, kidney patients and those suffering from tuberculosis or skin infections should avoid using this machine.
